First of all, thanks for creating an excellent plugin. Its in a league of its own.

Is it possible to add to the data that is posted to the server when the grid is loaded. In the documentation, there is reference to 'loadBeforeSend', but I do not know how to use it. I know that the XHR object is passed in, but I do not know how to modify this to send custom parameters.

I would like to send a parameter called 'objectName' to the server as this will help determine what data to return.
