Most likely this is due to the .js files not being loaded.

Here is the image file taken rom web developer.This is showing which files are included in web page. Can you guide me what is missing.

Hello,

You missed jqModal.js and jqDnR.js files – also be a sure to load the jqModal.css.

All external plugins should be loaded manually.
