I need to put a link inside the grid that when you click opens a thickbox (http://jquery.com/demo/thickbox/) window, but didn’t work.

The link is like this:
a href=’content.php?height=320&width=400&modal=true’ class=’thickbox’ title=’Modificar contenido’>contentwindow

p.s. When I put the link outside the grid it works nice.

Use loadComplete after every request to attach this functionality!

Hello,

1) I suggest you to use gridComplete instead of loadComplete

2) set the link as variable and see what is here.

I also seeks to add a link to thickbox each line via a link or icon:

I add this line directly in the return JSON results:

The link works fine but it opens a page on the class thickbox appears not taken into account.

How?

Hello,

The problem is that this data is added dynamically and the binding to thickbox will not work.

Use gridComplete Event to attach the plugin to class='thickbox'

or maybe use jquery live method for this purpose.

Hi Tony

i play the last two days for a solution with the thickbox problem. I can't find any way to display the thickbox window by clicking a link inside the jqGrid. Outside the jqGrid the same Link works fine. Please, can you give me a little example for implementation thickbox with jqGrid?

sorry for this late reply but i thought this might help…

since jqgrid loads the grid dynamically thickbox needs to be re initialize after the grid is complete.

so you just need to simply re initialize thickbox on gridcomplete.
