Hey guys.

I have a page with a grid 300 wide down the left hand side. this displays the record id and name currently in the database table.

I am then using the onclick event to fill in a html form with extra fields from the same table above.

I can then edit these fields. But i need to be able to call the save function from a link or button on the page.

then the grid will save.

any hints would be great
