Hello,
Glad to see it somewhat worked for you. To your points:
1. I have done zero testing with different jQuery versions. I can verify 1.8.3 and 1.9.2 for jQuery core and UI respectively has worked for my less than rigorous testing.
Hey @Raspberyl,
Sorry you had trouble getting the example up and running. I had pulled it out of a production app and stripped out any business specific code before posting it. I didn't actually test it, so my apologies.
Here is a fiddle with a couple of working examples to demonstrate how the collapseLevels array works. Try different values in the array and see how it plays out in the grid. I think it gives the grid a much more intuitive feel regarding grouping.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Hey folks – I tweaked v4.4.3 to accomodate some different grouping configurations.
Hello, I just tried using this event, too. I looked through the source, and it looks like it is intentionally not called.

Hello Tony,
You are correct, that was something I had rigged up a while back, and the new Center alignment required me to make adjustments. I didn't realize those were my own CSS classes that I was adding.
Sorry to waste your time on that one. Take care.
Regards
Bumping this because I just noticed the class switch as well. I was trying to click the button using the class and it clicked the wrong one.
I'm trying to implement my own closeAfterReset until it is working natively. Does anyone have a good solution for this?
Hello, I would like to second this request.
I would like to be able to position the popup that appears for validation errors, as well. My preference is to make it modal and centered over the grid. It currently shows up in the lower left quadrant, and I see no easy way to position it without adding a lot of extra code.
Thanks!
