I solve this problem.
The solution is not very obvious.
You need to set properties like this:
'hidde':true, 'viewable':true, 'editrules':{ edithidden: true }
Even when 'editable' is false.
May be it neede to update documentation.

Why 'viewable' property not overrides 'hidden' one ?
My logic is:
if field does not have 'viewable' property it's views as 'hidden' specified.
But when I force 'viewble' property to true – it must be viewable any way (even 'hedden' is true)
Or may be there is some kind of 'ViewHidden' option
I'm novice with JqGrid and JS at all. So I waste a lot of time to understand why this problem occur.
