But my advice is to start with another example:

add the example data to your database and start playing around from there.

i have cut and pasted the example data in a spreadsheet and with a spreadsheet function i added this all together for a sql.txt file.

Do add some extra columns for tekst like insert to and all the comma's and apostrphes:)
