Hello,
thank you very much for your help.
I’ll be waiting for the new fix.
thank you!!
Hello,
thank you for answering!
i think that problem 1 is not solved yet, is it possible?
3 and 4 are fine, but the 1st is still present..
The very best, if possible, would be to follow jquery ui theme.
if not, i would like it to look like the standard jquery ui theme..for example, the ui lightless.
thank you!
Hello,
thank you for your answer.
Regarding point 3, I tried as you suggested but I’ve not been able to change the colors. Do you have a template or an example?
Also, I think it would be great if it could use the colors from jquery UI…maybe in a future version?
Hello,
sorry if it took me so much time to answer back.
I created a jsfiddle, to show you what I mean.
https://jsfiddle.net/lorife/dusqww2w/
I added the file you proposed but still it’s all black and white.
what am I doing wrong?
thank you!
Ok, thank you.
I had to use 4px not 3px but it works.
Thank you!
sorry, it’s regarding the post #124761 (page 1)
here it’s the link:

Hi, I created a jsFiddle project. http://jsfiddle.net/lorife/9saaa4bt/28/ so my questions now are:
- is there a way to autofix the search input based on the width of the column?
- if you double click the column you will see the dialog is behind
thank you, Lorenzo
Hello,
problem 1 came back..input search do not autofix.
could you check it out?
Thank you,
Lorenzo
Ok, i found the solution myself.
I cannot use both CSS (jqgrid and bootstrap) so if I enable styleUI : ‘Bootstrap’ i have to remove the other CSS inside index.php
thank you.
One last thing,
i noticed the minified version of that file is not recompiled..
Hello,
I think it’s all OK now!
Thank you for your help!
thanks!
these are my answers:
Thank you for your time!
Lorenzo
I’m not sure how to modify the file, however in italian these are the formats:
long date: giovedì 18 febbraio 2016
short date: 18/02/2016
long time: 15:55:40
short time: 15:55
decimal: 0,54
thousands: 15.000,53
first day of week: Monday
I’m glad we got that sorted out! 🙂
Please note that also the date format is wrong in that file, it should be:
newformat: ‘d/m/Y’,
I don’t know if there are other errors.
Let me know if I can help.
Lorenzo
that is exacly what I did.
What i’m saying is that the italian file inside guriddo sources was not correct.
inside the file (grid.locale-it.js) there was “en” not “it”.
you can see it from your server too:
https://github.com/tonytomov/jqGrid/blob/master/js/i18n/grid.locale-it.js
and in that file you will see that the date format for italian is not correct..
sorry i don’t know how else to say it..
