i think that problem 1 is not solved yet, is it possible?

3 and 4 are fine, but the 1st is still present..

The very best, if possible, would be to follow jquery ui theme.

if not, i would like it to look like the standard jquery ui theme..for example, the ui lightless.

Hello,

thank you for your answer.

Regarding point 3, I tried as you suggested but I’ve not been able to change the colors. Do you have a template or an example?

Also, I think it would be great if it could use the colors from jquery UI…maybe in a future version?

Ok, i found the solution myself.

I cannot use both CSS (jqgrid and bootstrap) so if I enable styleUI : ‘Bootstrap’ i have to remove the other CSS inside index.php

these are my answers:
- Currency prefix should be ‘€ ‘ (with a space)
- First day of week is Monday (Lunedì) not Sunday (Domenica)
- Short month name is “Giu” not “Gui”
- Long month name is “Gennaio” not “Genneio”
- Long month name is “Novembre” not “Movembre”
- Question: is this correct? ISO8601Long:”Y-m-d H:i:s” or should it be ISO8601Long:”d/m/Y H:i:s” ? 
- Question: is this correct? ISO8601Short:”Y-m-d” or should it be ISO8601Short:”d/m/Y” ?
- FullDateTime:”l d F Y G:i:s” should be FullDateTime:”l d F Y H:i:s”

I’m not sure how to modify the file, however in italian these are the formats:

long date: ‎giovedì ‎18 ‎febbraio ‎2016

short date: 18/02/2016

long time: 15:55:40

short time: 15:55

decimal: 0,54

thousands: 15.000,53

first day of week: Monday

I’m glad we got that sorted out! 🙂

Please note that also the date format is wrong in that file, it should be:

newformat: ‘d/m/Y’,

I don’t know if there are other errors.

that is exacly what I did.

What i’m saying is that the italian file inside guriddo sources was not correct.

inside the file (grid.locale-it.js) there was “en” not “it”.

you can see it from your server too:

https://github.com/tonytomov/jqGrid/blob/master/js/i18n/grid.locale-it.js

and in that file you will see that the date format for italian is not correct..
