Bump, any input?
Some more information:
I have fought hard to use jqGrid in our application and have had to hack'n'slash here and there to get it working how our internal clients wanted it. Due to it's growing popularity we have now developed external facing applications utilizing the jqGrid object. So far everyone is impressed but now the feature enhancements are starting to roll in. (The main one is the saving of search filters).
Who can we pay money to for support?
Who can we pay money to for development help?
Tony, can we fly you out here and have you sit with us and hash some things out?
Thanks!
So, since I have a longer form that the user has to scroll, this is going to always happen?
I had to remove all of the plugins and now the user has to manual enter dates, they are annoyed.
I also noticed on IE with long forms it was flickering as they scrolled down the page, so I had to add a CSS in the afterShowForm to limit the height to 500px to force a scrollbar within the modal window.
Bump, this is still an issue for me as I am having more and more instances where the form is very long and we need multiple datePicker instances.
I actually would like this as well. if anything don't show the resulting row + header titles for the subgrid.
Fixed. Close thread.
If I remove the subgrid params, the main grid loads the records just fine. No javacript errors.
Firebug shows the main grid result only:

{"totalpages":1,"currpage":1,"totalrecords":1,"rowset":[{"id":1,"recordset":[1,"WP 1"]}]} |
I guess I'm an idiot, but I figured the MultiSelect plugin looked for a select menu with a certain param or class and recreated it in it's pretty format?. I will have anywhere from 4 or 5 on a single form pop-up.
Awww, no one has ever added the MultiSelect plugin to the form add/edit pop-up for their select menus?
bump, any thoughts?
If I comment out that line, the page scrolling/jumping is fixed. The escape and enter keys still work. However, the left, right, up, and down arrow keys no longer work for the grid and the user is forced to use their mouse to navigate the cells from then on. My users are utilizing the arrow keys when working with my grid.
So, we are close but I need a way to fix this issue without eliminating the arrow keys for cell navigation.
Tony: This is still happening to me.
Using cellEdit, with FF on *Nix and IEX on Windows.
If you click in a cell to initiate the edit toggle, the page jumps up so that your selected cell is just under the viewable fold of the bottom of my browser window.
Is there a way to disable this?
