The error you get point me that the

is a not valid url or the jquery.jqGrid.js file does not exists in this directory.

Check with firebug if the file is loaded

Please use the sql file from Northwind directory of of the download and not from examples/tree one.

It is checked and the file is here.

This is the case if the font DPI is greater, but what if it is little scale?

The table name is nested_category and not nested_categories and is included in the sql file.

It is too common when I click on the column –

what you mean with column – column data or column header – that are different things.

jqGrid has nothing to do with your problems.

P.S. The solution is very simple if there is no CollectionID value return a empty record set.
