Issue is – since dropdown option value is set to BankId, BankId is submitted in BankName column.

I suggest you to check your server side script. The script always return page:1 when request nex/prev page.
Please check the docs here what you should do (The example uses XML, but the principle is the same).

This everthing is possible with the grid. The only thimng what you need to know is that you will need to write code server side to save the row.
I recommend you to start from documentation and the to ask something.

This is not a bug, but a way a zIndex is set.
In your settings in navgrid for the search add zIndex:1500 and everthing will work.

When you perform upgrade you should upgrade all the files – JavaScript/Language files/Css files.
In the first link (jsfiddel) replace the JavaScript with the following links:
http://www.trirand.com/blog/jqgrid/js/i18n/grid.locale-en.js
http://www.trirand.com/blog/jqgrid/js/jquery.jqGrid.js
And your script will work perfectly.

What you mean with this?
I see the id column is set to frozen. Do you call somewhere in your script the frozen column.
Please in the future give us the whole test case. This way you will get help.
Without a test case I can not help.
Some of them will remain withiout to try to be enabled – like sortable (drabable) columns, when scroll is set to 1 and etc.
Note that the nature of this implementation does not allow us to do this.
