Why do you use addJsonData? Just set the url and the grid will do the rest for you.
Not sure, but please try not to use SECTOR/REGION – if possible rename this in colModel and DATA with
SECTOR_REGION or something elese.

Not sure that I understand the problem.
To prevent submit you will need to reverse the thing.
If there is a problem with the data you should
return [false,”Does not exists”];
and true if everything is ok.

Some useful links– use filters to build your search.

Yes, you will need to use setGridParam with filters data and trigger the grid to reload the data.

I recommend you to read this documentation – maybe the whole chapter.
Use paging and load a data at portion to 20-30 records per page and do not load 3000 at once. It is really to much.
