Hello,

For this purpose you will need to create your own form using getRowData method, which gives you the grid row data .

Yes this can be done. Set diffrent options for add and edit and it will work.

You can show or hide certain fields using beforeShowForm setted in both add and edit.

Is this the case?

Actualy not sure if this is a bug. Hidden fields in inline edit are not editable. Do you have any custom code.

Also posting code will help to resolve the problem
