1. I opened the FireBug console and do not see this. Also the font size used here (if I remember) is 0.8em.
2. Could not reproduce. Going in the authors home page the look is the same
3. Fixed in 3.6.3
4. This is true. Since the author of the columnChooser uses jQuery UI dialog. In the next releases we will prepare own dialog, so that the dialogs will look the same way.
