I will try to fix this. It is caused with the creation of the element which should have tabindex = -1 in order to perform key navigation.

Currently the date validator check only dates with / – . separators

In order to resolve the issue, please define your own validator:

Yes the is such way,

Set as rowid NULL – note the capital words , the the rowid will be the next record+1

Hello,

As I mentioted in some other post jqGrid dispaly data in certain format. It is not possible for number to display 1.23 and then when edit to have 1.23456. Also I recommend you to have two fields for this purpose – one visible, but not editable, and another hidden , but editable.
