    Hi,

    I've added the edittype:'image' before the editoptions but the image isn't displayed yet, I had tested the route of the image but nothing seems to work, I'm very confused about that…

    Hi,

    I've seen the documentation about the datainit event but I'm not sure about how I can add the image with the onclick event at the side of my textbox, I've tried adding the html code to show the image using the functions .html() and .append() of jquery but it didn't worked, please can you show me how I

    Hi,

    If I validate the form without use the jqgrid it works, it's because I think the jqgrid override the settings of the validate in IE8

    Thanks for the reply, but I have to say that I did all you recommend but the problem continues. If i set the heigth to auto and put a value to the dataheigth the edit form buttons dissapear no matter how big the value is. I tried too by setting a bottominfo in the edit form but the string doesn't show.

    Please if you can give another info about how to solve this problem I'll be very grateful because now I'm very confused about it…
