Live Data Manipulation\Navigator) click “Add new row button” (remember caption, it is “Add record”), then click “Edit selected row” button and caption remains “Add record”.

refresh page, and do same actions, but first click “Edit selected row”, then “add”

caption will be “Edit record” in both cases
