    Just discover that there is a problem with adodb driver. With other drivers is fine. We will investigate this.

    Which database driver is used?

    Can you please prepare a small example demonstrating the problem?

    It is very difficult for us with such kind of information to solve the problem.

    There was a bug in the 5.0.0 release. The problem is fixed in the new 5.0.1 relese.

    The licensed PHP users will obtain the fix at end of this week .

    Thank you for let us know. The demo is fixed.

    You will need to set the inline style of the input element to higher z-index and position to relative. See the source code.

    From what I see, you will need to use setAutocomplete after setUrl and not as you write, before selectCommand.

    When you start typing you can see the requested url in the console.

    This can be in FireFox with FireBug installed or in Chrom if you press Shit-Control-I.

    In order to begin from any stable poit.

    Could you please prepare a simple page only with jqGrid, jQueryUI and try the columnChooser the way you call it.

     

    I feel that some other program or software make this problem.

     

    Please let us know if the simple jqGrid page with column Chooser works ok.

    Hello,

     

    Nothing special – we just load the data on portion. Actually it is not good idea to put all the data on client (if it is relative big). This will consume a lot of memory and will slow down the application.

     

    The good thing is to load a data from 20-50 records per page. Again with good indexing and relative good server this will speed your data loading.
